Land Loan Calculator

This tool prices a loan on raw or improved land. Enter the land price, the down payment as a percentage, the rate and the term, and it returns the loan amount, the monthly payment, the total interest and what you pay over the whole term. A second mode handles the way many land loans are written, with the payment worked out on a long schedule but the balance falling due after a few years, and it shows the balloon amount and how much principal you clear before that date. It covers principal and interest only, so survey, closing and any perc or access costs sit outside it.
