Monthly Income Calculator

Gross monthly income depends on how often you are paid, not just how much. A fortnightly payroll pays 26 times a year, so the monthly average is the paycheck times 26 divided by 12, and two months out of every twelve carry a third payday; a twice-a-month payroll pays 24 times and every month is identical. Enter one paycheck and its schedule to see the monthly average alongside the light and heavy months, or use the second mode to convert up to four incomes on different schedules into a single monthly figure, which is the number a lender asks for. Everything here is gross, before tax and deductions.
