Prices a loan on a manufactured or mobile home, where the financing is often not an ordinary mortgage. Enter the price, down payment, rate and term to get the monthly loan payment, the interest over the term and a total monthly housing cost that includes lot rent and insurance. A second action sets a chattel loan, which treats the home as personal property at a higher rate over a shorter term, against a land-and-home mortgage for the same amount.
