Retirement Calculator

A retirement calculator projects what your savings become by the time you stop working. The first tab grows a current balance and a yearly contribution at the return you expect, compounding once a year, and reports the balance, what you paid in and what growth added. The second tab starts from the income you want and a safe withdrawal rate to show the nest egg that supports it. Returns are never steady, so treat the projection as a planning sketch rather than a forecast.
