Time Value of Money Calculator

This tool covers four time value of money cases and no others: the present value and the future value of a single sum, and the present value and the future value of a level annuity. You enter the amount or the payment, an annual rate, a number of years and how many periods fall in a year, and an annuity can be switched between payments at the start or the end of each period. Uneven cash flows, taxes and inflation are outside what it handles. The figures are an estimate of how money grows or discounts at the rate you typed, not a quote from a bank.
