Net Calorie Calculator

Net calories are what you ate minus what you burned exercising, and this tool works the subtraction both ways. Enter the intake, the burn figure from a watch, a machine or a calories-burned table, your weight and how long the session lasted, and it separates the gross burn from the part that was genuinely above resting. The gap matters because the MET scale starts at rest, so a gross burn already contains the calories you would have spent lying still, and a maintenance or TDEE figure pays for those same calories again. The second action puts the day against your maintenance figure and shows exactly how large the double count would have been. Burn figures from wrist trackers are rough, so treat a small balance as break-even.
