Pace Calculator

This pace calculator turns a distance and a finish time into minutes per mile and minutes per kilometer. Enter the distance with its unit, then the hours, minutes and seconds you took, and it returns both paces plus average speed. The second tab reverses the question, taking a target pace and showing the finish time over that distance. Real splits drift with hills, heat and traffic, so read the result as an even-effort average rather than a promise.
