Dog Coat Color Genetics Calculator
This tool crosses two dogs across six coat colour loci and returns the exact chance of every coat the litter can produce. Pick the genotype of each parent at E, K, A, B, D and M and it enumerates all 4,096 gamete combinations, groups them by the coat they make, and reports the double merle and hidden merle risks separately. The value is in the interactions rather than the squares: e/e wipes out the whole pattern, one KB hides the A locus, brindle needs red areas to stripe, and merle never touches red pigment at all. White spotting, masks, harlequin and greying are not modelled, so a real puppy can carry white on top of any answer.
