NPS Calculator

Net Promoter Score is the share of answers scoring 9 or 10 minus the share scoring 0 to 6, on the usual 0 to 10 recommendation question. Enter the three grouped totals, or the count for each score from 0 to 10, and it returns the score with each share and a 95 percent margin of error for the sample size you have. A third tab works out how many more promoter responses would lift the score to a target you name. Passives are counted in the total but never add to the score, which is why a survey full of sevens and eights lands near zero.

How many more promoter responses would move the score to where you want it, with the detractors you already have staying put.

A score, from -100 to 99. Reaching a flat 100 would need every detractor and passive to disappear, not merely more promoters.
