Productivity Calculator
Productivity here is output divided by the hours that went into it. Enter the units produced and the hours worked, with the number of people and a value per unit if you have them, and it returns output per hour, output per worker-hour and the time one unit takes. A second action turns available and productive hours into a utilization rate against a target, and a third compares two periods and separates the change that came from working more hours from the change that came from each hour producing more. Output is counted in whatever unit you type, so the figures are only as consistent as the counting behind them.
