Business Loan Calculator

This calculator prices a business loan including the origination fee, which is where the quoted rate and the real cost part company. Enter the amount, the rate, the term and the fee, and it returns the monthly repayment, the cash that actually reaches your account, the total interest and an effective annual rate solved from the payment stream against those net proceeds. The second mode handles the commercial structure where a payment is sized against a long amortisation schedule but the loan falls due much earlier, so it returns the balloon amount and how little principal you have retired by then. It assumes a fixed rate and level monthly payments, so it will not model a variable rate or an interest-only period.
