Futures Profit Calculator

This calculator works out what a futures position came to. Enter the entry and exit prices, whether you were long or short, the number of contracts and either the contract multiplier in dollars per point or the tick size with its tick value, and it returns the gross and net result, the commission, the value of one point or one tick, the notional value and the break even move. Give it the initial margin as well and it adds the leverage, the return on that margin and the adverse move that would equal the whole deposit. The multiplier and tick value must come from the contract specification you are trading, because those terms are set by the exchange and change over time.
