A1C Calculator

This tool converts between A1C and estimated average glucose using the ADAG relation, eAG in mg/dL = 28.7 x A1c - 46.7. Enter an A1C percentage to get the average glucose it implies, or enter a meter or sensor average to get the A1C it predicts, in mg/dL or mmol/L. Each result also names the diagnostic band the figure falls in. Keep in mind that eAG is only an average and hides the highs and lows completely, and that anaemia, recent blood loss and haemoglobin variants can pull A1C well away from the truth.
