DOTS Calculator

DOTS is the bodyweight coefficient many powerlifting federations now use in place of Wilks, published in 2019 by Tim Konertz for the German federation BVDK. Enter a bodyweight and a three-lift total, in kilograms or pounds, and this returns the coefficient and the score; a second mode takes the squat, bench and deadlift separately, and a third runs it backwards to say what total a score you are chasing would need. The formula is a single published quartic in bodyweight with one set of five constants per sex, fitted over 40 to 210 kg for men and 40 to 150 kg for women, and a weight outside that is pulled back to the bound and flagged. DOTS has no official grade bands, and whatever your own federation prints in its current rulebook is the formula that governs your meet.
