One Rep Max Calculator
A one rep max is the heaviest weight you can lift once, and it is normally estimated from a lighter set rather than actually attempted. Enter the weight you lifted and how many clean reps you managed, and the tool applies the Epley formula, with Brzycki available as a second mode. Both modes also list training loads at 90, 80 and 70 percent of the estimate. Accuracy falls away as the rep count climbs, so a set of about eight reps or fewer gives the closest figure.
