ANOVA Calculator

This calculator runs a one-way analysis of variance on two to six groups. Paste the raw numbers for each group, or enter the size, mean and standard deviation of each group if that is all you have, and pick a significance level. It returns the between and within sums of squares, the degrees of freedom, the mean squares, the F statistic, the p value from the F distribution, the critical F and both eta squared and omega squared as effect sizes. A significant F only says the means are not all equal, so a post hoc test is still needed to find which pair differs.
