Integer Calculator

Integer arithmetic with the sign rule written out rather than assumed. Enter two whole numbers, positive or negative, pick add, subtract, multiply, divide or a power, and the answer comes back with the rule that fixed its sign, the working behind it and a check that reverses the operation. A second mode divides one integer by another and returns the quotient and the remainder, including what those mean when the signs are mixed and rounding toward zero disagrees with rounding down. Division that does not come out even is reported as a fraction as well, rather than quietly dropped.
