Law of Sines Calculator

The law of sines says every side of a triangle divided by the sine of the angle facing it gives the same number. Give a side with its opposite angle, then either a second angle to get its side or a second side to get its angle, and each line of the rearrangement and substitution is printed. The angle case is the ambiguous one, so the obtuse twin is tested against the 180 degree budget and shown when it survives. This works the one rule rather than solving the whole triangle.

Calculator Type

Give a side with the angle facing it, then the angle facing the side you want. Every line of the substitution is shown.

The side you already know.
The angle opposite side a, not one of the angles touching it.
The angle opposite the side you want.
