TI-RADS Calculator
ACR TI-RADS scores a thyroid nodule on ultrasound across five feature categories: composition, echogenicity, shape, margin and echogenic foci. Set each category as the ultrasound report describes it, add the nodule's largest diameter, and the result gives the points, the TR level from TR1 to TR5, and the published aspiration and follow up thresholds for that level and size. The categories and the point values are those of the 2017 ACR white paper, which the result names. The features themselves are assigned by the radiologist reading the images, and what happens next is a decision for the treating clinician rather than for a scoring table.
