Prayer Times Calculator

The five daily prayer times are five positions of the Sun, and this page solves for each of them. Enter a date, a latitude, a longitude and a UTC offset, choose a calculation method such as Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Egyptian or Karachi, and pick the standard or Hanafi Asr shadow rule; the result gives Fajr, sunrise, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha with the angle behind each one, or a timetable of up to a month. Nothing here looks up a time zone, so the offset you give must already include daylight saving. Where the Sun never reaches the Fajr or Isha depression on a short summer night, the page says so rather than inventing a time.

Calculator Type

Coordinates, a UTC offset and a calculation method. There is no place lookup, so give the offset that applies on that day.

Negative west of Greenwich. Include daylight saving if it applies on that date. Nothing here looks up a time zone.
The method only sets the Fajr and Isha depression angles, and for Umm al-Qura the fixed interval after Maghrib. Use the one your local mosque uses.
Used only when the method above is set to custom.
