Text to Binary Converter

This converts text into binary, hexadecimal, decimal, octal and Base64, and decodes any of those five back into text. The encoding is UTF-8 and the page says so, because there is no binary of a character, only the binary of the bytes an encoding turns it into. A character below 128 is one byte and matches ASCII; an accent, a currency sign or an emoji takes two, three or four, and the per character table shows exactly which groups of eight belong to which character. Decoding accepts spaced groups, commas or one unbroken run of bits, and reports whether the bytes formed valid UTF-8 rather than quietly producing rubbish.
