Recipe Nutrition Calculator

This tool totals a recipe's calories and macros from figures you enter and divides them by the servings. It holds no food composition table, so it cannot be told two cups of flour and look up what that contains: each ingredient line is calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat taken off a label for the amount the recipe uses. In return it does the arithmetic that goes wrong by hand, giving the totals, the per serving and per 100 gram figures, the share of calories from each macro, and a check of the calories you entered against the 4, 4 and 9 kcal per gram the macros come to. A gap of a few percent there is label rounding, and a wide one usually means a digit slipped.

Calculator Type

One line per ingredient, taken off its label for the amount the recipe uses.

Up to four numbers separated by commas, for the amount of that ingredient the recipe uses. Leave the macros off if you only have calories, and leave the calories at 0 to have them worked out from the macros.
Fill this in for a per 100 g figure. Leave it at zero to skip that.

If the recipe total is already worked out, this splits it per serving, per 100 g and per portion eaten.
