This works out what the final exam has to earn. Enter the percentage you hold in the course now, the weight the syllabus gives the final, and the course grade you are aiming for, and it returns the score the final needs plus the best and worst grades still open to you. A second tab runs it the other way, projecting the course grade from a final score you expect. It assumes the final is scored out of 100 and nothing else is outstanding, so extra credit, a dropped lowest score or a curve will move the answer.
