AP World History Score Calculator
This tool estimates an AP World History: Modern score from the raw points you think you earned on each part of the exam. It applies the section weights the College Board publishes, 40% for the 55 multiple choice questions, 20% for the short answers, 25% for the document based question and 15% for the long essay, to build a composite out of 100. That composite is then read against fixed cut scores of 75 for a 5, 62 for a 4, 47 for a 3 and 35 for a 2. Those cut points are an approximation, because the College Board does not publish its raw to scaled conversion and the real boundaries move from year to year.
