Protein Creatinine Ratio Calculator
A urine protein-to-creatinine ratio is the protein concentration divided by the creatinine concentration on one sample, which cancels out how dilute the urine was. Enter the two results in mg/dL, mg/L, g/L, mmol/L or umol/L, or enter a ratio your report already gives, and the page returns it in mg/mg, mg/g and mg/mmol with the KDIGO band. It also estimates the 24-hour protein from the ratio, assuming about a gram of creatinine a day. A spot ratio estimates a collection rather than replacing it, and nothing here is a diagnosis.
