Pants Size Calculator

This calculator converts body measurements into a pants size rather than guessing from the size you usually buy. Enter your waist and inseam in inches or centimetres, plus your hip on the women's side, and it returns the US numeric size, the letter size, the German-scale EU number, the UK number and the W by L jeans tag, along with the length band to order. Men's sizes come from the waist rounded to the nearest even inch with the EU number sixteen above it; women's come from a misses band table whose hip ladder sits ten inches above the waist ladder, so it also tells you when your waist and hip point at different sizes. Brands vary by more than the chart does, so treat the answer as the size to try first and expect to try the one either side. Nothing you enter is stored or put in the address bar.
