Composite Function Calculator

Pick a form for f and a form for g from the same menu of ten standard shapes, linear through quadratic, root, reciprocal, exponential, logarithm, absolute value and the two trig forms, and give each one its coefficients. The tool writes f(x), g(x) and both composites with the inner function substituted, then evaluates f(g(x)) and g(f(x)) at a value of x or across a short range, showing the inner value first so the two steps are visible. Nothing is expanded or cancelled, because this page has no algebra system behind it and would rather show the honest substitution than a tidied answer it cannot guarantee. When a composite lands outside a domain, on a negative square root or a division by zero, it says so rather than printing a number.
