Programmer Calculator
This calculator does arithmetic the way a register does it. Enter two values in binary, octal, decimal or hexadecimal, pick a word width and whether the word is signed or unsigned, and it returns the result in all four bases with the carry, overflow, zero and sign flags a CPU would have set. It shows the exact answer before the word truncated it, so a wrap is visible rather than surprising. A second action covers shifts and rotates, including the arithmetic right shift that keeps the sign bit and the rotates that lose nothing.
