This works out when a sow or gilt is due to farrow from the date she was served, on the 114 day average for swine gestation. Enter the service date, and a different gestation length if your herd runs longer or shorter, and you get the expected date, a window either side of it and the usual points in a farrowing calendar. It also shows where the three-three-three rule lands, which is three calendar months, three weeks and three days rather than a fixed count of days. Most sows farrow between day 113 and day 116, so the window is worth more than the single date.
