Pool Cost Calculator

This tool estimates what a swimming pool costs to build by measuring the pool first and pricing it second. Enter the shape, length, width, the depth at each end and the width of the deck around it, then the rates you have been quoted for the shell, the interior finish, coping, decking, excavation and fencing, and it returns a line for each one with the quantity it was worked out from, a subtotal, a contingency and the total. It also reports the water volume in gallons, the interior surface area, the deck area and the cubic yards of excavation, so you can check a builder's quote line by line. There are no built in prices anywhere in it: every rate is yours, because pool prices vary more between two towns than any average could carry.

Ignored for a round pool. Blank means 16 ft, or 5 m.
