GPA to Percentage Calculator
There is no single correct way to turn a GPA into a percentage, because the percentages that earned each letter grade were discarded when the letter was awarded. This tool makes the choice explicit: you pick the scale, and it answers on that one while printing what the other two say and how far apart they are. The three are the arithmetic conversion where 4.0 is 100 percent, the plus and minus letter bands most US registrars publish, and the ten point whole letter scale where an A is 90 to 100. It converts back the other way too, and handles a 10 point Indian CGPA under the CBSE, flat and VTU rules. Whichever figure you use, the only one an admissions office will accept without argument is the one your own registrar publishes.
